Jamie Kowalski
Owner & Master Groomer
Jamie Kowalski grew up surrounded by animals in Tonawanda and turned a lifelong passion into a career. After completing her master groomer certification and spending six years at a high-volume grooming salon in Buffalo, she opened Paws & Clippers in 2017 — determined to build a place where dogs actually enjoy being groomed.
Jamie specializes in breed-specific cuts, working with anxious dogs, and hand-scissoring techniques that keep coats healthy between visits. She’s equally comfortable with a 5 lb Chihuahua and a 120 lb Saint Bernard.
When she’s not at the shop, you’ll find her hiking along the Niagara River with her two rescue mutts, Wren and Clover.
